For withdrawals, the minimum limit is RM 50 and the maximum daily limit is RM 100,000 for standard accounts. VIP accounts have different withdrawal limits depending on membership tier. All withdrawals are processed within 5–30 minutes depending on the chosen method.

General Gaming Rules
All games on the lvwin platform — including baccarat, slots, blackjack, roulette, poker, and live casino — are subject to the following rules:
- The outcome of all games is final and non-appealable, except in cases of proven technical error
- lvwin uses a random number generator (RNG) that has been audited and certified by eCOGRA to ensure the fairness of all games
- If a technical disruption prevents a game from being completed, the wager will be fully refunded to the member's account

- All bets are considered confirmed once validated by the system and the amount has been deducted from your account balance
- Bets accepted at odds that contain an obvious error may be voided by lvwin within 24 hours of the match concluding
- For matches postponed more than 48 hours from the scheduled time, all bets will be voided unless otherwise stated in the relevant sport's terms
- In-play bets (placed while a match is in progress) are final once accepted and cannot be cancelled
- Lvwin reserves the right to limit or decline any wager from any member without providing a reason, particularly where there are indications of match manipulation

Fraud, Money Laundering & Security
Lvwin is fully compliant with Malaysia's anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations. We take this matter extremely seriously and have strict procedures in place to detect and prevent any illicit activity on our platform.
- All transactions exceeding RM 10,000 are subject to enhanced AML screening and may require additional documentation

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the lvwin support team. Prior to closure, please ensure all bonus rollover requirements have been met and all pending withdrawals have been processed. Any remaining balance will be returned to the member after verification.
Members who need a break from the platform may use the temporary self-exclusion feature (1 week to 6 months) or permanent self-exclusion, both available under lvwin account settings.

5Withdrawals
Lvwin is committed to processing all valid withdrawals promptly and securely. The following are the withdrawal terms and procedures:
- Minimum Amount: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per transaction.
- Identity Verification: First-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding a certain limit may require identity document verification (KYC).

- Minimum Bet: The minimum bet limit is RM 5 for all markets unless otherwise stated.
- Maximum Bet Limit: Maximum bet limits vary by sport type, market, and tournament. The applicable maximum limit is displayed on the bet slip.
- Bet Validity: All confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled, except in cases of evident technical error or force majeure events.
- Postponed/Cancelled Matches: If a match is postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules applicable to each sport and tournament.
- Void Bets: Lvwin reserves the right to void bets placed on clearly incorrect odds or on events that had already concluded before the bet was placed.
